All orders must be charged to a credit card. We accept: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
At this time, we do not accept orders via check or money order. The charge on your credit card will be from Lorenzo Cycles.
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Your order will be shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. You can expect your order within 10 days of your order online, depending on where you live. International orders may take longer.
All orders will be charged a flat shipping rate according to the table below:
Shipping Charge - US/Canada Orders under $50 $7.50
Shipping Charge - US/Canada Orders $50 - $100 $12.50
Shipping Charge - US/Canada Orders $100 - $200 $15.00
Shipping Charge - US/Canada Orders above $200 $20.00
Shipping Charge - International Orders under $100 $25.00
Shipping Charge - International Orders $100 - $200 $30.00
Shipping Charge - International Orders above $200 $40.00
Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused article of merchandise within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied:
The article you wish to return:
- Should be sent back to us after you have contacted the returns department for a Return Authorization Number via email at returns@lorenzocycles.com.
- Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged.
- Must be sent in one single shipment: articles in the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
- Must have the original tag still attached.
- Must include a copy of the original invoice and your Return Authorization Number.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund your order value, we will be unable to issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.
